1) If you are already in the League Athletics system from last season, you do NOT need to enter a new profile. Please make note of any password associated with your account. If you don't remember your login detail, click on "Forgot Password"
2) Membership in US Lacrosse is required, it is a stipulation with our insurance policy that all players and coaches have a current membership.
3) It goes without saying, but make sure to include contact information where you can be reached during the day, so coaches can contact you with any last-minute schedule changes, or in the case of an emergency at practices or games.
4) Please read, understand and accept the waiver release, which can also be printed. Please make sure your player understands, and you the parent understands! Please do NOT be THAT parent.
